GETAWAY TO NOWHERE BATAM

Hello guys! (and girls, or course!) HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR EVERYBODY! HUAT AH! Have y'all enjoy your Chinese new year so far? Well, I did! I had sumptuous dinner last week on the eve at Public for sure~ Well, there I met a certain someone (omg... the 'candy crush'!!) and our eyes met but eventually I didn't even bother that fella because I gotta move on. Dishes came and came, I thought that was satisfying but my relatives all said it wasn't worth RM668. Yea, on 2nd thought it doesn't even worth THAT MUCH. The shark fin is THE worst. Overall, it was just plain o' dinner to me. 

And anyway later on, I gotta catch a ferry at Harbor Front and setting off to Batam for a weekend getaway! Reached Harbor Front, I didn't had the time to eat breakfast because need to queue up for boarding ticket immediately due to large crowd. When the boarding time is up, I headed on to check in.

Starting from now, I am writing it the present time, but before about the {lunar new year} thing... It was from months back. I never had the chance to post it on time, because ...  I dunno, I forgot what happen....??

If you look closely on the menu, the words are translate funny!

But I doubt you can see the words, as my definitions is quite poor.

This is our tour guide! As this tour is joined by Singaporeans, she spoke in Mandarin, Chinese.

Quite nice, however I remember we have to wait very long for the tour bus to arrive at the harbour, and we had took quite some time to find the tour guide...

So. marks are deducted!

Next day, 

Reached this Golden Factory Outlet which sold branded shirts. Mostly Polo's Tee.

Batam famous for Polo.

Bought none.

This is the {pronouns : deeee} place for Thousand Layer Cake.

Got all sorts of flavour. 

Cheese is one of them.

So places like this is a not miss in any tour.

Next, temple place. 

If I remember correctly, this is the Nezha temple?

Temple is also one of the locations need to go for Asians.

Lastly, the chocolate house.

Chocolate for kiddies.

And that's wrap up all the stuff I need to update here.

Oh ya, 

I recall why I never finish wrote in the first place, 

it is actually because when we were to head back to Sg, there is a collision in the harbor, and between the collision,, 

our stuff got missing,,,

possibly stolen

within the crowd........

haizzzz, our stuff........ our cakes..

GONE...........

Sad trip,

But I like it.

Batam is a nice place.

End this with the mouth-watered abalone.

Though I don't know how to eat

Never appreciate this kind of seafood.....

Wonder why it came to be gourmet food.

It just mushroom to me.
